How do I make a reservation?
Reserving with us is very easy, just click here to fill up a brief form and we shall use the information to make a reservation on your behalf, and send you a confirmation email once we can confirm availability. Once you receive it just relax and the driver will be at your door few minutes before the time you asked for.You can also call our reservation line at (949) 735-1497 (Option 2) and make a reservation over the phone.
Where do I meet my driver at Los Angeles International Airport?
Your driver will be waiting for your arrival at Limo lot just outside the airport and will leave you a voicemail, and/ or a text with a call back number. You will then call or text the driver once you have your luggage. The driver will then drive inside the airport loop area to pick you from the curbside of your terminal. There’s also a meet and greet at additional charge upon request whereby the driver will pack the car and wait for you with a sign at the baggage claim. Please be advised that sometimes the traffic in the airport loop can cause an extra delay, but we still have to abide by the rules and regulations set by Los Angeles Worlds Airports.
How far in advance should I make my reservation?
We will take reservations up to a year in advance. When you know the date and time of your travel, special event or celebration, contact our Reservation Associate who will discuss our services. We are Orange County’s most popular limousine service and we sell out very frequently and especially during Holiday Season and Special Events. Customers should be prepared to pay for the service at the time of reservation.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club. You may charge on board the car and we may request a card to guarantee your reservation.
How do I change or cancel my reservation?
You can call our Reservations Center at (949) 735-1497 or e-mail Reservations@IrvineTownCars.com. Please reference your confirmation number. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your reservation, you may be billed the entire cost of your ride. If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us at least 24-hours in advance.
I only need the Town Car to pick us up and drop us off. Do you offer this type of service?
Yes, we do offer a transfer service with the exception of special events. In most cases this type of service, called a transfer, is requested when a client would like a simple pickup and a drop off at a specified time.
Do you offer early a.m. and late p.m. airport service?
Yes, we offer car service 24 hour a day / 7 days a week / 365 days a year, based on driver’s or vehicle’s availability.
